Ferrivia has been subject to receivership and has been operating since 01/03/2019 under the new name of Open Rail; its new shareholders are the Open Modal Group, in association with the Combronde group and the Sécurail company.
Painful for creators, this operation has the great merit of safeguarding customer contracts, employment and the operational continuity of the company.
