The mission of establishing the "SGS" and "Substantial Work" Guides was entrusted to a working group initiated by AUTF, CCI France and Objectif OFP and led by Objectif OFP.

The table of contents of the SGS Guide is fixed in the decree of 03/30/2017. The work of the experts brought together by Objectif OFP to draft the guides was partially covered by the ECOPMS project supported by ADEME.
Azurail, Brifer, Colas Rail, Railway Consulting and Management, Europorte Socorail, GTIF, JPB Rail Consultant, PP Conseil, 3K, VFLI took part in particular.
In addition, DGITM has drafted a Local Railway Audit Guide and an OQA Guide;

4 guides have been published with the "Guides" order of February 6, 2018.

The Substantial Works Guide will be published at a later date. The guides available to you below are taken from the decree for the 4 SGS guides, OQA mission, DPS-DS drafting, External Audit and are the subject of draft versions for the others.
